Andrea Boardman has been an RN for 9 years and her experience as a nurse includes both acute care and outpatient settings, in both cardiac and orthopedic specialties. Andrea then followed her passion for health and wellness, and became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. This led to her most recent position, in which she served as an RN who conducted health coaching sessions for employees, assisted employees in navigating the complex healthcare system, and promoted a proactive approach to healthcare through educational presentations and weekly educational emails. Andrea believes strongly in a proactive approach to healthcare and wants to empower people to take charge of their own health and well-being. Andrea is also a former collegiate tennis player and also serves as a tennis instructor at a local tennis club. Andrea holds a B.A. in Psychology from UW-Whitewater, and her B.S. in Nursing from UW-Oshkosh.
Dr. Adib has 35 years of experience as a cardiothoracic surgeon and educator and 11 years of experience in stress and wellness consulting. He is a certified Stress and Wellness Consultant with extensive formal training at The Canadian Institute of Stress. He is the recipient of numerous medical and surgical quality awards and enjoys one of the highest patient satisfaction scores in the country. He has served in many leadership roles including the boards of Meriter Health Services and Meriter Foundation and has done significant pioneering work in areas of preventive health clinics, cost control, quality improvement, medical staff governance and cardiac centers of excellence.
Dr. Adib has given numerous presentations, courses and workshops on stress, wellness and vitality topics. His longtime vision is health preservation by eliminating the root causes of chronic stress and illness. He is a graduate of Tehran University of Medical Sciences School of Medicine and University of Wisconsin Residency and Fellowship training.
Owner of Performance Rehab and Chiropractic, Dr. Vaughn has been a provider of the Active Release Technique® musculoskeletal treatment and chiropractic services to the Madison area for 10 years. His experience as a corporate wellness provider includes Prairie Athletic Club, GE Power, Eaton Corporation, Conagra, Liberty Mutual, Covance, Spring Window Fashions, Clausen Quality Coatings and M3 Insurance. Dr. Vaughn has handled over 4,000 employee cases for lost productivity, injury and surgical prevention, with an estimated $20 million in insurance-related savings. He earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, his doctor of chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic, and is both an Elite Provider of and trainer for Active Release Technique, a nationally recognized musculoskeletal technique utilized by NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB teams.
Owner of Ten 10 Solutions consulting firm, James has been helping corporations and startups navigate innovation initiatives and build sustainable processes for over a decade. He has held leadership positions at four startups and lead product innovator teams at three multinational corporations ranging from financial services, to insurance to agricultural and healthcare. James holds an MBA from Edgewood College, a Masters of Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor degree from Iowa State University.
Dr. Glinsberg is a board certified endocrinologist with a focus on diabetic education and research on health lifestyle changes for diabetics. Board certified in ACLS: Airway / Life Support Cert, American Board of IM / Endocrinology, Diabetes, Meta: ABMS / AOA Certification, American Board of Internal Medicine: ABMS / AOA Certification, BLS: Airway / Life Support Cert, National Institute of Health Stroke Cert: Certification. Dr Glinsberg graduated from Rush University School of Medicine. Residency at University of Wisconsin Hospitals & Clinics.
Krista is a Clinical Dietician for Women’s HeartCare and Wellness Center. She is a certified instructor of “Am I Hungry?” an 8-week comprehensive lifestyle and weight management program that provides mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral tools in addition to fitness and nutrition education to guide participants toward sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes. She graduated with a Masters in Dietetics from Mount Mary College and a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Brian White recently retired from his role as President at GE’s Waukesha gas engines, part of GE Power & Water’s Distributed Power, a leading provider of power equipment and services. In 2010, Brian joined Waukesha, which specializes in the design and manufacturing of natural gas engines to drive compressors, generators, pumps, and other equipment. Previously, he was vice president of reengineering for Dresser, Waukesha’s parent company prior to it being purchased by GE in 2011. In reengineering at Dresser, among other assignments, he led the transition to a Lean Thinking Enterprise culture, established a strategic global sourcing and logistics group to drive cost savings and oversaw facilities consolidations. Earlier at Dresser’s Sperry Sun UK he moved up from program manager through a series of successively responsible positions, ultimately being named vice president of manufacturing for Sperry Sun Drilling Services. He began his career as an electrical apprentice at Caterpillar and joined Dresser as a senior design engineer in 1984. Brian has a bachelor’s of science in electrical and electronics engineering from Northumbria University, Newcastle, UK. Brian lives with his wife, Sandra, in Delafield, Wis., and has two grown sons
Dr. Diem has 14 years of experience as a clinical health psychologist, with expertise in the field of mind-body medicine and mindfulness. She has worked for several healthcare organizations and has provided services across the spectrum of care from prevention and wellness to management of complex chronic disease and disability. Dr. Diem is dedicated to the research, teaching and clinical application of evidence-based behavioral medicine interventions designed to reduce the physical, emotional and financial impacts of stress. She has extensive experience offering counseling, heath education, and healthy lifestyle coaching to both individuals and groups. Her programs have achieved outstanding clinical outcomes and the highest satisfaction scores. She is the co-author of several scientific publications and has given numerous presentations in the field of health psychology. She earned her doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver and completed a clinical internship at the University of California, Berkeley, and a postdoctoral fellowship in Behavioral Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, California.
Tami’s solid hardworking skill set was defined early being raised in a farming community in Southwestern WI where she continues to reside and raise her family. She studied nursing at Madison College and Indiana State University, School of Business, Insurance and Risk Management.
Seeing a business need, she started Fieldstone CM, LLC in 2016, specializing in liability case services. She is an expert strategist and occupational health consultant that companies rely on to save their bottom dollar and only pay what they owe, nothing more.
Tami devotes her time focusing on improving patient care and reducing costs simultaneously. She analyzes clients’ needs and creates clinical workflows to develop tailored strategies to her customers to develop and/or solidify their occupational health programs and reduce their workers compensation cost.
